High precision manufacturing
Thanks to modern high-precision equipment, kit components are manufactured with micron precision. This ensures optimal clearances in each friction pair, achieving perfect compatibility.
Surface and coating of the sleeve
The honing process on the working surface of the sleeve contributes to better oil retention. The fully phosphated sleeve is 100% protected against corrosion, and the internal surface has an additional finishing effect.
Thermoresistant coating
The piston combustion chamber surface is coated with a unique thermoresistant coating called “Protect+,” which protects the combustion chamber edges from thermal cracks, high-temperature gas erosion, and carbon buildup, promoting more complete fuel combustion.
Laser marking
High-quality laser marking is applied to the piston, sleeve, and piston pin.
Antifriction coating
A special antifriction coating called “Slide Pro” is applied to the piston skirt, accelerating the running-in process, protecting against scuffing, and reducing engine noise.
Microrelief
The microrelief on the working surface of the piston increases oil capacity, significantly reducing friction force in the piston-sleeve pair.
High resistance to wear and damage
Quenching of the external surface of the pin ensures increased resistance to wear.
