Selective assembly
Selective assembly guarantees an extended service life of the engine kit.
High precision manufacturing
Thanks to modern high-precision equipment, kit components are manufactured with micron-level accuracy. This ensures optimal clearances in each friction pair, achieving perfect compatibility.
Surface and coating of the sleeve
Processing the working surface of the sleeve using plateau honing contributes to better oil retention. The fully phosphated sleeve is 100% protected against corrosion, and the inner surface has an additional finishing effect.
Heat-resistant coating
The piston combustion chamber surface is coated with a special heat-resistant coating called “Protect+,” which has no analogs. This coating protects the combustion chamber edges from thermal cracks, high-temperature gas erosion, and carbon buildup, promoting more complete fuel combustion.
Laser marking
High-quality laser marking is applied to the piston, sleeve, and piston pin.
Friction-reducing coating
A special friction-reducing coating called “Slide Pro” is applied to the piston skirt, accelerating the running-in process, protecting against scuffing, and reducing engine noise.
Microrelief
The microrelief on the working surface serves to increase the oil capacity of the piston, significantly reducing friction in the piston-sleeve pair.
High wear and tear resistance
Quenching the outer surface of the pin provides increased resistance to wear.
