Surface and coating of the sleeve

The honing treatment of the working surface of the sleeve contributes to better oil retention. The fully phosphated sleeve is 100% protected against corrosion, and the internal surface has an additional finishing effect.

Thermoresistant coating

The piston combustion chamber surface is coated with a special thermoresistant coating called “Protect+,” which has no analogs. This coating protects the edges of the combustion chamber from thermal cracks, high-temperature gas erosion, and carbon buildup, promoting more complete fuel combustion.

Laser marking

High-quality laser marking is applied to the piston, sleeve, and piston pin.

Antifriction coating

A special antifriction coating called “Slide Pro” is applied to the piston skirt, which accelerates the running-in process, protects against scuffing, and reduces engine noise.

Microrelief

The microrelief on the working surface of the piston serves to increase the oil capacity of the piston, significantly reducing frictional force in the piston-sleeve pair.
