Selective assembly:
With selective assembly, an increase in the service life of the engine kit is guaranteed.
High manufacturing precision:
Thanks to modern high-precision equipment, the kit components are manufactured with micron precision. This ensures optimal clearances in each friction pair, achieving perfect compatibility.
Sleeve surface and coating:
The honing processing of the sleeve’s working surface promotes better oil retention. The fully phosphated sleeve is 100% protected against corrosion, and the internal surface has an additional finishing effect.
Heat-resistant coating:
The piston combustion chamber surface is coated with a special heat-resistant coating called “Protect+,” which has no analogs. This coating protects the combustion chamber edges from thermal cracks, high-temperature gas erosion, and carbon deposits, promoting more complete fuel combustion.
Laser marking:
High-quality laser marking is applied to the piston, sleeve, and piston pin.
Anti-friction coating:
A special anti-friction coating called “Slide Pro” is applied to the piston skirt, which accelerates the running-in process, protects against scuffing, and reduces engine noise.
Microrelief:
The microrelief on the working surface of the piston serves to increase the oil capacity of the piston, significantly reducing friction force in the piston-sleeve pair.
High wear and tear resistance:
Tempering the outer surface of the pin provides increased resistance to wear.
