High manufacturing precision
Thanks to modern high-precision equipment, the kit components are manufactured with micron precision, ensuring optimal clearances in each friction pair for perfect compatibility.
Cylinder surface treatment and coating
The honing process of the cylinder’s working surface contributes to better oil retention. The fully phosphated cylinder is 100% protected against corrosion, with an additional finishing effect on the inner surface.
Heat-resistant coating
The piston combustion chamber surface is coated with a unique heat-resistant coating called “Protect+,” which protects against thermal cracks, high-temperature gas erosion, and carbon buildup, promoting more complete fuel combustion.
Laser marking
High-quality laser marking is applied to the piston, cylinder, and piston pin.
Anti-friction coating
A special anti-friction coating called “Slide Pro” is applied to the piston skirt, accelerating the break-in process, protecting against scuffing, and reducing engine noise.
Microrelief
The microrelief on the working surface of the piston serves to increase the oil retention capacity, significantly reducing friction in the piston-cylinder pair.
High resistance to wear and damage
The external surface of the pin undergoes hardening, ensuring increased resistance to wear.
